 Description:

This is the first malt that has been elaborating for the longest time. It is the base of German influence in the Chilean beer culture. Excellent choice for lagers and light ales.

High proteolytic alteration gives a high amount of FAN and produces lighter beers. Good grain modification and high enzymatic power.

  Barley Varieties: Natasia , Traveler, Sebastian, Planet, Irina.

  Color: 1,6 – 2,3 Lovibond.

 Usage Rate: Up to 100%.
