Medium proteolytic alteration, lower FAN and lower Kolbach Index.

Good modification of sugars and enzymatic power.

Low DMSp due to higher kilning temperatures.

Lower diastasic power.

  Barley Varieties: Natasia , Traveler, Sebastian, Planet, Irina.

  Color: 1,6 – 2,3 Lovibond
